On October 1 the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod - in partnership with Cape Cod Media Group, The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, and Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce - launched the fourth annual Fall for the Arts Festival for the entire month of October all across Cape Cod.

Fall for the Arts is a family-friendly festival that showcases local art and culture. Events included: live performances by local musicians; open houses at theaters, museums, and historical sites; readings and lectures; art activities for children; guided art and heritage walks; plein air painters; special art exhibits; and much more!

Throughout the month more than 310 events were offered by more than 140 venues. The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce also worked with inns and hotels to create accomodation specials and packages that were available through the month.
