Arts nonprofit will accept Letters of Inquiry through Monday, October 4, 2019

August 15, 2019 (Hyannis, MA) – The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod (AFCC) has opened up its next round of grant funding to support artistic and cultural activities that contribute to the character and heritage of the region.

Individuals, nonprofits, and educational institutions based in Barnstable County are invited to apply for funding by submitting a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) online at www.artsfoundation.org. The deadline to submit an LOI is Monday, October 4.

A select group of applicants will then be chosen to submit a full application with notifications made in early October. Awards will be announced mid December. Grants typically range from $500 to $2,500, with a maximum of $5,000 awarded to recipients.

Last year, the AFCC awarded $40,000 in grants to 26 recipients, representing the third straight year the nonprofit has increased its total funding and its total number of beneficiaries. The AFCC was able to fully fund 11 grant recipients, representing $16,050. Read more about 2018’s funding recipients.
