Job Opening: Director of Development
The AFCC is seeking a full-time experienced, highly motivated and energetic Director of Development. Reporting to the Executive Director, the candidate will lead the AFCC’s fundraising efforts. Working closely with the Executive Director, Staff, the Development Committee, and Board of Directors, the candidate will play a strategic role in long-term development planning and oversee day-to-day development activities, including: the annual appeal, membership, major gift cultivation and solicitation, corporate event sponsorship solicitation, reporting, donor correspondence, and maintaining donor records. The candidate will also play a key role in planning events of various sizes, from the annual Pops by the Sea concert to small cultivation events.
