Join us on July 15th for I❤️the Arts Day of Giving!

In the heart of the summer, when Cape Cod flourishes with creativity and culture, the Arts Foundation is holding its inaugural I❤️ the Arts Day of Giving. Set for Tuesday, July 15th, it’s an opportunity for the community to come together to give back, to support the arts sector, and celebrate what the arts mean to us individually and to the region.

You can join us in raising up the arts by clicking here and making a gift today. Thanks to an anonymous Arts Foundation Patron, all donations up to $5,000 will be matched which means your gift will be doubled!

Consider turning your gift into a monthly donation to provide the type of consistent support the Arts Foundation can use to grow its programming and enhance its impact on the entire sector, including artists, arts and culture organizations, and all who contribute to the region’s creative economy.

By participating in I❤️ the Arts Day of Giving, you’ll help build a more joyful, connected, inclusive, welcoming, and vibrant community — a Cape Cod that embraces the arts as integral to who we are and what we want to be. Your support of the Arts Foundation allows us to:

  • Invest in meaningful arts programming that serves as a pathway to improving health and wellness; helps individuals forge meaningful connections; serves to inspire; stimulates dialogue; and allows us to make better sense of ourselves and the world around us.
  • Increase access to the arts for all children, especially kids from underserved families who face obstacles from doing so.
  • Provide professional and personal development opportunities for all who work in and contribute to the arts on Cape Cod and the Islands, including artists, arts leaders, and staff arts and cultural organizations, art galleries, and more.
  • Advocate to our local, regional, state, and federal representatives for the resources and policies that strengthen the arts.

Because of your support of the Arts Foundation, we’ve been able to invest more than $750,000 in arts programs over the past five years. These programs have included clay classes for individuals living with dementia; free music and theatrical performances in Falmouth, Chatham, Orleans, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown; an arts exhibition, lectures, and performances that explore the connection between the environment and art; a therapeutic arts class for individuals living with mental health challenges on the Outer Cape; and much more.

On an annual basis, your support allows us to help over 5,000 children tap into their creativity through our Arts Access program.

And your support has allowed us to annually give over 500 individuals working in the arts sector the resources, education, and connection they need to take the next steps in their professional journeys through our Creative Exchange program.
