The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod provides a variety of programming throughout the year aimed at strengthening, supporting, celebrating and promoting the diverse artistic, heritage, and cultural landscape unique to Cape Cod.

Spring & Fall Grants

The AFCC Grant Program provides cash awards in support of the artistic and cultural activities of local organizations and individuals. There are two rounds of grant funding each year, one during the Spring and another in the Fall. Grant projects should support the broadest goals of the Arts Foundation in supporting the creative economy on Cape Cod and contributing to character and heritage of the region.

Scholarships

Each year the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod offers two scholarship opportunities for current students. The Positively Different Scholarship, given in partnership with the Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, offers graduating High School seniors who are pursuing higher education a scholarship opportunity for music, dance, drama, visual arts and creative writing. These awards are determined on a competitive basis and require the submission of a portfolio and essay.

The Pops by the Sea T-Shirt Design Scholarship exists to find great original art for use as the official Citizens Bank Pops by the Sea T-Shirt Design. The winner has his or her art featured on the t-shirts worn by volunteers and sold at the premier cultural event on Cape Cod. This competition is open to all 5th through 12th grade students living on Cape Cod.
